Product Designer (UI/UX)

Responsibilities

• ▹Designing end-to-end product experiences from concept to production
• ▹Turning product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces
• ▹Designing intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, and investment products
• ▹Building and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable UI components
• ▹Working closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation
• ▹Improving usability through product data and user feedback
• ▹Maintaining consistency across mobile and web experiences

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience designing digital products
• ▹Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and visual design
• ▹Advanced Figma proficiency, interactive prototyping
• ▹Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design
• ▹Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
• ▹Excellent visual design skills (typography, spacing, layout, interaction)
• ▹Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences
• ▹Portfolio required
