User Research UX Apprentice

Responsibilities

• ▹Bring stakeholders, designers, product owners and engineers together to build and evolve the customer experience
• ▹Listen to business problems and help craft action plans
• ▹Conduct qualitative research to collect insights and build recommendations
• ▹Launch quantitative studies to discover trends and validate hypotheses
• ▹Work closely with product designers to maximize the impact of recommendations
• ▹Present results to the company
• ▹Contribute to the development of the UX Research team

Requirements

• ▹Enrolled in a work-study program at a French school (contrat d'alternance / d'apprentissage)
• ▹Fully professional English
• ▹Experience or convincing knowledge of research best practices (qualitative and quantitative methods such as usability testing, observational research, user interviews, surveys, card sorts, contextual inquiry)
• ▹Strong presentation and communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹E-commerce experience
• ▹Knowledge of further languages
