Responsibilities

• ▹Build scalable systems: develop modern full-stack applications covering frontend, backend, databases and infrastructure
• ▹Integrate AI: use Claude Code and other AI tools to drive faster development and smarter workflows
• ▹Prototype new ideas, quickly iterating and refining the best ones into production systems
• ▹Automate workflows: develop AI-first automation tools to eliminate repetitive tasks
• ▹Collaborate closely with leadership to identify high-leverage AI and software opportunities
• ▹Build modern, scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript
• ▹Develop backend systems with Node.js and Python, with scalable system design
• ▹Design and implement APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure
• ▹Automate internal processes and build agent-based systems to reduce manual work
• ▹Create AI copilots and intelligent interfaces to improve productivity for internal and external users

Requirements

• ▹Fluent in both frontend and backend development, excited by full-stack engineering
• ▹Experience and enthusiasm using AI tools such as Claude Code within the development workflow
• ▹Self-starter who takes ownership and moves fast
• ▹Willingness to quickly learn new tools and technologies
