Responsibilities

• ▹Technical and organizational management of a particularly sensitive IT area
• ▹Central point of contact between end users, IT security and external partners for endpoint devices
• ▹Developing service strategies and ensuring availability, performance and compliance of IT services
• ▹Steering external service providers, coordinating projects, working closely with IT architecture and requirements management

Requirements

• ▹Degree in (business) informatics or comparable IT training with relevant further education
• ▹Several years of experience in regulated or security-critical IT environments (IT services, public authorities, industry or public sector)
• ▹Experience in process design, project management and steering external providers
• ▹Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and IT security as a basis for organizational decisions
• ▹Structured work approach, sense of responsibility, very good German language skills
