From early-stage development to loss of exclusivity, we simplify complexity, unlock value, and make collaboration seamless at every pivotal moment – supporting confident, insight-driven decisions that move innovation forward.   Role Overview Profile   - A dynamic and proactive professional with experience in forecasting/financial modeling in life sciences Skill and Expertise - FOR FINANCIAL MODELING BACKGROUND What you'll be doing Supports financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and valuation assessments Assists in peer review and auditing (quality checks) of analyses/models developed by others Assists in developing client presentations and reports Works closely with managers and project leads on project execution Ensures accuracy in data collection and analysis What you'll need   Strong analytical and research skills Attention to details and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills working closely with project leads Educational Qualification - A degree in BTech, MTech, MBA Finance or equivalent from a reputed Tier 1 or Tier 2 college Typical Experience - 2-3 years Artificial Intelligence Inizio may use AI technologies to support certain aspects of our recruitment process, but all hiring decisions are made by our human recruiting team.
