Infrastructure Administrator (Linux / Storage Administrator)

Responsibilities

• ▹Administer, maintain and support enterprise storage environments based on NetApp, Dell PowerStore and Dell Isilon / PowerScale
• ▹Manage SAN and NAS infrastructures, including storage provisioning, zoning, multipathing and NFS/CIFS file shares
• ▹Monitor storage performance, capacity and availability in line with operational standards and SLAs
• ▹Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related incidents and infrastructure issues
• ▹Perform storage configuration changes, migrations, upgrades and optimization
• ▹Collaborate with infrastructure and technical teams to ensure reliable and secure services
• ▹Support Linux-based environments related to storage operations
• ▹Participate in problem analysis, root cause investigations and continuous improvement

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in storage administration with hands-on SAN and NAS expertise
• ▹Practical experience with NetApp (including MetroCluster), Dell PowerStore and Dell Isilon / PowerScale
• ▹Experience in Linux system administration
• ▹Strong understanding of storage concepts: LUN management, zoning, multipathing, NFS/CIFS shares
• ▹Ability to monitor, maintain, troubleshoot and optimize storage infrastructures
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Ability to document processes and share knowledge
• ▹Ability to collaborate with distributed technical teams
• ▹Communicative French and Polish (min. B1)
• ▹Located in Poland, open to occasional visits to the Katowice office

Nice to have

• ▹Linux or storage-related certifications
• ▹Experience with storage migrations and infrastructure modernization projects
• ▹Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery concepts
• ▹Experience in enterprise-scale environments
• ▹Familiarity with automation or scripting in Linux environments (e.g. Bash, Python)
