Junior Solution Analyst – Supply Chain Digital & AI (CORE)

Responsibilities

• ▹Supporting the development and optimization of digital tools and analytics solutions for supply chain processes (planning, warehousing, logistics)
• ▹Contributing to data analyses and generating insights to support informed decisions
• ▹Identifying improvement potential and promoting data-driven decision-making
• ▹Contributing to the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards and data pipelines
• ▹Shaping automation and AI-driven use cases, contributing to pilot projects in AI and advanced analytics
• ▹Developing practical, tool-supported solutions with business and IT teams and driving project workstreams in global delivery teams

Requirements

• ▹Above-average university degree, e.g. in business administration, supply chain management, data science, information systems or engineering
• ▹Initial practical experience through internships, theses or projects in supply chain, analytics or digital transformation
• ▹Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation, and SQL for data queries and transformations
• ▹Experience with analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar
• ▹Analytical thinking and structured approach to complex problems
• ▹Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in international teams
