Responsibilities

• ▹Supporting the EHDB processes and actively contributing to their further development
• ▹Analyzing tools, data content and data volumes and their impact on processes and services
• ▹Defining service bundles for procedures and supporting their structuring
• ▹Contributing to the productization and servicization of IT services
• ▹Gathering requirements and use cases for tools and structuring them clearly
• ▹Working closely with stakeholders to align requirements

Requirements

• ▹Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau or comparable tools
• ▹Experience in requirements gathering and working with various stakeholders
• ▹Practical experience defining and bundling IT services (service catalogs, productization, servicization)
• ▹Knowledge of enterprise data management regarding data content, quality and architecture
• ▹Structured, analytical and solution-oriented work with strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with BERT-A and process design (BPMN 2 models)
