Senior Technical Program Manager I (Remote, Bulgaria)

Responsibilities

• ▹Coordinate, monitor and report on program status across enterprise initiatives and external partner engagements
• ▹Lead project planning and support engineering teams with schedules, milestones and multiple concurrent workstreams
• ▹Design and implement scalable processes that support rapid organizational growth
• ▹Recognize and prioritize issues, working with cross-functional partners to resolve them
• ▹Identify program risks and develop and execute mitigation plans
• ▹Drive regular status updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership
• ▹Facilitate communication among teams with differing working styles
• ▹Handle program documentation, reporting and data with care and confidentiality
• ▹Use program and project management tools day to day

Requirements

• ▹4+ years in project, program or change management, or experience leading large organization-wide programs
• ▹Deep knowledge of program delivery methodologies and best practices
• ▹Experience managing cross-departmental processes and aligning multiple stakeholders
• ▹Experience with API platforms, enough to engage credibly with engineers and assess technical dependencies and risks
• ▹Proven record of leading projects from initiation to completion
