Information Security Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Review vulnerability reports, investigate findings, recommend scalable remediation and track it to completion
• ▹Coordinate with Support, NOC and Engineering to implement remediations while minimizing client impact
• ▹Develop or support scripts, automation and repeatable processes for vulnerability remediation across client environments
• ▹Address vulnerabilities from internal and third-party vulnerability management platforms
• ▹Complete Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and coordinate responses to security and risk requests
• ▹Review risk assessment and penetration test findings, take part in Business Impact Analyses and tabletop exercises
• ▹Measure and improve alignment with Microsoft security benchmarks, including Microsoft Intune configurations
• ▹Support system hardening across endpoints, cloud, identity and other security technologies
• ▹Support SOC 2 and security operations: test restores, KnowBe4 phishing and training reviews, SIEM log reviews
