AI Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive and support the organisation's AI adoption and develop initiatives that build employees' knowledge, confidence and ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly
• ▹Plan and run workshops, training and introductions on AI, prompt engineering, AI tools and new ways of working, and produce support material and practical examples
• ▹Work with teams and functions to map workflows, identify needs and prioritise AI use cases by business value, feasibility and technical prerequisites
• ▹Independently develop, test and iterate on prototypes, automations and other technical solutions related to AI and efficiency
• ▹Take AI ideas and experiments from needs analysis and proof of concept to stable, secure, maintainable solutions, including technical development and implementation
• ▹Build and support a network of AI Champions and coordinate activities
• ▹Support responsible and secure AI use in line with internal guidelines and policies, and flag risks related to data, access and integrations
• ▹Contribute technical expertise and recommendations on tools, integrations and ways of working
