IT Program Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Establish and maintain project and program management methodologies and standards across the organization
• ▹Promote adherence to IT PMO processes, tools, frameworks, and governance practices
• ▹Continuously enhance PMO tools, templates, and methodologies based on lessons learned and business needs
• ▹Lead the IT team's capacity-planning process and methodology
• ▹Ensure software development life cycle practices are incorporated into the PMO methodology
• ▹Develop and maintain the IT merger and acquisition workplan (due diligence, integration planning, integration execution)
• ▹Lead critical projects from initiation through implementation
• ▹Coordinate cross-functional project teams and align project management, planning, project teams, and line management
• ▹Monitor project schedules, budgets, progress, and overall delivery status
• ▹Lead, mentor, and develop project management professionals

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or university degree
• ▹7+ years of project and program management experience
• ▹3+ years of people-management experience, including responsibility for direct reports
• ▹Demonstrated ability to coach and develop junior-level team members
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• ▹Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• ▹High attention to detail
• ▹Ability to manage complex projects, priorities, schedules, and budgets
