Responsibilities

• ▹Develop scalable, resilient workflow automation for onboarding/offboarding, access requests, compliance enforcement and self-service IT support
• ▹Integrate disparate systems through fault-tolerant, API- and event-driven connections
• ▹Drive automation within IAM: automated role assignment, least-privilege enforcement and audit-friendly logging
• ▹Architect IT data platforms for collection, normalization and secure storage of high-volume enterprise data for reporting, audit and analytics
• ▹Technical leadership: set engineering best practices, lead code reviews, document architectures and mentor engineers
• ▹Own the deployment and lifecycle of business systems and custom applications, from architecture and vendor evaluation through implementation and support

Requirements

• ▹10+ years in IT engineering, IT apps development or DevOps, with at least 5 years in large-scale enterprise automation
• ▹Deep hands-on experience automating complex operations and governance across GCP, AWS and/or Azure
• ▹Ability to build and modularize infrastructure provisioning with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
• ▹High proficiency in at least one modern programming language, with a strong preference for Python
• ▹Proven experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and querying and managing relational databases (SQL strongly preferred)
• ▹Extensive experience designing and managing centralized automation platforms (e.g. n8n, SOAR, Ansible, Workato or custom frameworks)
• ▹Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance or similar) with exposure to SOC 2, HIPAA or equivalent frameworks

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with agentic AI or ML models applied to IT automation (proactive issue detection, intelligent routing, NLP)
