Test Lead - (Banking/ Capital Markets)

Our focus is on maintaining our agile and entrepreneurial culture.   Role Title: Test Lead - Banking/Capital Markets  We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to oversee end-to-end testing activities for large-scale  banking and capital market enterprise systems.  The Test Lead will work closely with business users, developers, vendors, and governance teams while leading a team of testers across project deliveries and releases. Key Responsibilities:  Lead and manage QA activities across projects and releases Define test strategy, test plans, and overall testing approach Ensure full coverage across functional, integration, regression, SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing Coordinate testing across upstream and downstream systems Ensure deliverables are validated, tested, and signed off before production deployment Monitor defects, risks, test progress, and release readiness Work closely with stakeholders including business, development, vendors, and governance teams Lead and mentor QA team members while managing testing timelines and deliverables Support performance, failover, and disaster recovery testing activities Lead vendor selection activities, solution evaluation and implementation readiness planning.  Key Requirements: 8-12 years of working experience leading QA teams in transformative banking/capital market enterprise-scale environments Strong experience managing end-to-end testing across integrated systems Experience working in high-availability and mission-critical environments Experience with vendor selection technology procurement  Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies Experience in functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing Strong understanding of API, database, and backend testing Familiarity with tools such as Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or TestRail Experience with automation or performance testing tools is an advantage   Why Join Capco?   Work on large-scale transformation programs.   Collaborate with global experts.   Gain exposure to cutting-edge technology.   Accelerate your consulting career.
