Responsibilities

• ▹Develop customized integrations between ECAD and PLM systems, from conception to implementation
• ▹Manage the entire project, including maintenance, further development and integration at the customer's site
• ▹Develop well-thought-out technical concepts for integration and interface solutions based on specific technical requirements
• ▹Develop object-oriented applications using modern programming languages and software development methods (e.g. design patterns, clean code, test automation)
• ▹Own the entire development project, from conception and implementation to documentation and quality assurance
• ▹Qualify, maintain and further develop the software, internally and at the customer's site or remotely
• ▹Oversee the integration into the existing IT landscape, assisting with commissioning and support

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification (university, technical college)
• ▹Willingness to learn
• ▹In-depth knowledge of .NET, C++, Java, C#, COM/COM+, XML, and ideally Ruby and the corresponding frameworks
• ▹Independent, structured and solution-oriented work with a strong focus on customer needs
• ▹Communication in German and English (fluent in both written and spoken)
• ▹Flexibility to travel to the Dresden office 3-4 times per year, depending on business needs

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with PLM systems such as Siemens Teamcenter or Oracle Agile
