Serving as the primary listing venue for major technology and growth-oriented companies, the organization also acts as a top-tier financial technology provider, delivering data analytics, market surveillance, and index licensing to institutional clients worldwide. To drive digital modernization, the platform integrates advanced cloud infrastructure and Generative AI to streamline cross-border listings, trading workflows, and global regulatory compliance. What You’ll Do Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and ControllerView configurations into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases Support the design, execution, and validation of testing strategies for AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions Analyze, test, and validate complex data flows, aggregations, and processing rules within AxiomSL Perform end-to-end data reconciliation, data-mapping validation, and data-quality checks from source to target Verify regulatory report outputs, including XML, XBRL, and CSV, and validate exception-management workflows against business and regulatory specifications Conduct functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing Support user acceptance testing Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution Collaborate closely with business analysts, configurators, and developers to investigate and resolve issues Validate data lineage, metadata definitions, and data-governance controls within the ControllerView platform Ensure testing deliverables meet organizational standards for quality, accuracy, traceability, and auditability What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field Software-testing certification, such as ISTQB, is considered an asset Senior-level experience of software quality assurance experience, with a strong focus on testing AxiomSL ControllerView implementations Experience validating regulatory reporting frameworks, compliance requirements, and localized reporting customizations Strong analytical, logical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in backend, database, and data-centric testing methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with quality assurance, development, and business teams Experience using test-management and defect-tracking tools such as Jira, Xray, or ALM Hands-on experience validating and testing ControllerView applications, including: Data models and metadata management, Aggregation rules, Data mapping and transformations, Workflow configurations, Data lineage, Data-quality controls, Reconciliation processes, Regulatory report generation, Exception management Strong understanding of data-management and quality assurance concepts, including: Advanced SQL and the ability to write complex validation queries, Database design, ETL testing processes, Data-quality management, Data-reconciliation techniques Nice to have Experience testing within managed cloud environments, such as Nasdaq RegCloud Previous experience validating capital markets platforms and multi-jurisdictional regulatory initiatives Experience working within highly regulated banking or financial-services environments Familiarity with ETL or data-testing automation tools and frameworks Intermediate Spanish proficiency is considered a plus English level  Advanced English Proficiency Work Type: Remote Legal & Hiring Information  Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more.
