AI-native Product Engineer - Hybrid

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop a deep understanding of the market, strategy and customer needs
• ▹Build features for the games full-stack — from idea through frontend and backend to deployment and monitoring
• ▹Translate rough game ideas and concepts independently into technical proposals
• ▹Work closely with designers, product managers and other colleagues
• ▹Apply AI agents consistently, from initial setup to ongoing adjustments
• ▹Help shape testing and evaluation strategies, especially where AI agents and guardrails affect product quality
• ▹Design and maintain system architectures that scale to millions of players
• ▹Automate build, test and deployment processes and assess release risk

Requirements

• ▹Proven, hands-on expertise in agentic software development (orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows)
• ▹Motivation to continuously and proactively evaluate new tools and models
• ▹Several years of experience developing complex web- and cloud-based products
• ▹Very strong command of at least one established programming language
• ▹Curiosity to understand a product holistically from the user's perspective
• ▹Experience giving and receiving constructive feedback
• ▹Strong communication skills in German and English
• ▹Willingness to work on-site in the Bad Nauheim office several times a week
