Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Analytics Strategy / Platform Consultant

What You Will Work On

• Review the current SAS/SAS Viya environment and analytics use cases
• Validate the existing inventory of SAS usage
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Analyze current analytics processes and operating models
• Assess use cases based on business value, criticality, regulatory requirements and strategic fit
• Evaluate functionality, governance, data, integration, automation, performance and security
• Assess maintainability, user experience, skills, cost and transition risks
• Classify use cases as Keep, Modernise, Replace, Remove or Consolidate
• Develop a vendor-neutral requirements catalogue for future analytics capabilities
• Define requirements for data access, analytical development and credit risk modelling
• Assess model governance and production deployment capabilities
• Develop a weighted evaluation model for comparing SAS and alternative platforms
• Evaluate specialist tools and services as potential alternatives or complements
• Develop a prioritized platform transition roadmap
• Separate immediate improvements from long-term platform transformation
• Prepare an executive-level recommendation covering current state, risks, target state and next steps
• Provide evidence, assumptions, dependencies and confidence levels behind recommendations

What You Bring

• Strong experience with enterprise analytics operating models
• Experience within regulated financial services
• Strong knowledge of credit risk analytics
• Experience with model governance
• Strong experience with SAS / SAS Viya
• Experience with modern data and analytics platforms
• Experience evaluating analytics tools and platforms in a vendor-neutral manner
• Experience with analytics platform migration or transformation
• Ability to assess existing solutions and define future-state architectures
• Experience developing business and technical requirements
• Strong understanding of regulatory and governance requirements
• Ability to translate complex technical analysis into clear recommendations for senior management
• Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills
• Fluent Swedish and English
