Responsibilities

• ▹Be the first QA on the team and join a highly collaborative, agile team
• ▹Collaborate with PM, Design and QAs from other teams
• ▹Own the team's testing strategy: automate what can be automated, test manually the rest, and apply AI tools
• ▹Contribute to technical design decisions
• ▹Review code
• ▹Help teammates grow

Requirements

• ▹Past experience with QA Automation roles
• ▹Professional experience building test plans
• ▹Professional experience with test automation of FE and BE applications
• ▹Professional experience with Playwright or Cypress
• ▹Strong team player who supports teammates

Nice to have

• ▹Building and owning a test strategy
• ▹Adopting new AI ways of working and testing
• ▹Experience extending CI/CD pipelines with automated gates
• ▹Experience writing unit and integration tests
• ▹Ability to conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback
• ▹Experience with GitLab, Jest and BrowserStack
• ▹Experience with IaC and Kubernetes
• ▹Experience with the Shopify ecosystem
• ▹Experience with the Ecommerce ecosystem
