Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Development and design of leadframe-based semiconductor packages and modules Creation of technical package and material CAD drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD Maintenance and administration of design data in SAP DMS and the Product Master Data application Support of change projects for packages and modules Close collaboration with global and cross-functional teams to create general package designs and design methodologies Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable field First experience in the mechanical design of semiconductor packages or modules Sound knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD Expertise in mechanical design standards (GD&T) Knowledge of design data and drawing management in SAP as well as semiconductor packaging, assembly and test technology processes Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities Fluent in German and English #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
