Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Computer Vision)

Responsibilities

• ▹Deploy and continuously improve production ML pipelines for AI Mosaic
• ▹Research and improve computer vision algorithms for automated content censoring and precise mosaic generation
• ▹Improve algorithms for high-resolution video matting, segmentation and form-fitting masking
• ▹Develop spatiotemporal ROI extraction and tracking algorithms for accurate, consistent masking across video frames
• ▹Develop video understanding, relevant region detection and motion recognition algorithms where they improve masking quality
• ▹Improve model accuracy, processing speed, stability and scalability for high-resolution videos and batch workloads
• ▹Proactively identify technical and product improvement opportunities and drive them from hypothesis to production
• ▹Work with product and engineering teams to translate user feedback and business needs into practical ML solutions

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning with a strong focus on Computer Vision
• ▹Strong Python programming skills and solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms
• ▹Ability to build extendable, reproducible and maintainable ML pipelines
• ▹Strong product mindset, connecting technical and model improvements to user needs and measurable impact
• ▹Proactive approach, initiating technical and product improvements
• ▹BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with anything in the technical stack, such as C++
• ▹Experience deploying on edge devices (mobile, VR headset)
• ▹Experience in shader creation (GLSL, HLSL, etc.)
• ▹MSc in CS, Math or a related field
