Senior Software Engineer – Backend (TypeScript) - Hybrid

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Work directly with the Head of Engineering and close to the founding team on evolving the 7Assets platform
• ▹Act as an active sparring partner within a defined architectural direction
• ▹Work within a team following Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture principles
• ▹Build new product areas (APIs, features) and evolve existing systems
• ▹Take technical ownership of features
• ▹Ensure high code quality, testing best practices and production stability

Requirements

• ▹Several years of senior-level TypeScript experience
• ▹Understanding of dependency injection and event-driven architecture
• ▹Experience with production operations and debugging
• ▹Testing and monitoring are second nature to you
• ▹Openness to AI tools in development (Claude Code, Copilot, etc.)
• ▹Business problems come before technology - code is a means to an end
• ▹Proactive communication, ownership mindset, team orientation
• ▹Willing to be on-site at least 3 days/week

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with NestJS, PostgreSQL and RabbitMQ
