PHP Backend Engineer – Hybrid

Responsibilities

• ▹Build backend systems for complex B2B applications
• ▹Contribute to architecture, data modeling and API design depending on the project
• ▹Implement roles, permissions, workflows and business logic
• ▹Handle API integrations with external systems
• ▹Write automated tests, debug and support quality assurance
• ▹Work on AI integrations, such as internal AI hubs or assistant systems

Requirements

• ▹Several years of backend development experience, ideally with PHP and a common framework
• ▹Confident work with relational databases and APIs
• ▹Understanding of design patterns, clean architecture and maintainable code
• ▹Systematic problem analysis rather than only fixing symptoms
• ▹Serious approach to web application security
• ▹Independent, ownership-driven work and good team collaboration
