Industrial Cybersecurity Expert

Responsibilities

• ▹Specify, review, analyze and trace cybersecurity requirements
• ▹Support the creation and alignment of a unified, holistic concept for cybersecurity requirements engineering and implement it in practice
• ▹Work closely with and train different departments to enable cybersecurity requirements engineering
• ▹Drive the rollout and training of cybersecurity processes and activities in the organization
• ▹Fulfil requirements from relevant regulations, standards and best practices (e.g. IEC 62443, NERC CIP, EU Data Act, CRA)
• ▹Train the organization on important aspects of requirements engineering and cybersecurity processes

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor or Master degree in IT Security, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with a focus on IT Security, or a comparable qualification with extensive professional experience in OT or product security
• ▹Experience performing cybersecurity requirements engineering in OT or product security
• ▹Skills in requirements engineering tools such as Polarion, MagicDraw or DOORS
• ▹Experience defining, rolling out and training processes in an enterprise organization
• ▹Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity regulations and standards (e.g. IEC 62443, CRA, NERC CIP, BDEW Whitepaper, ISO 27001)
• ▹Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, iterative planning and backlog management
• ▹Proficient in English
