Backend Developer (PHP / Laravel) - Hybrid

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop high-performance backends for websites, portals, and products using PHP and Laravel
• ▹Develop and maintain WordPress applications (Custom Post Types, Advanced Custom Fields, custom plugins)
• ▹Think through architectures, interfaces, and data models, designing sustainable solutions
• ▹Implement authentication and authorization solutions (OAuth, SSO)
• ▹Support server configuration, DNS management, deployments, and updates
• ▹Integrate AI tools into the workflow to boost efficiency

Requirements

• ▹Solid PHP development experience plus knowledge of Laravel (Symfony a plus)
• ▹WordPress development experience (Custom Post Types, Advanced Custom Fields)
• ▹Knowledge of authentication/authorization concepts (OAuth, SSO)
• ▹SEO fundamentals, semantic HTML, performance optimization, and security basics
• ▹Very good German and good English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Symfony
