Responsibilities

• ▹Train and support students throughout their daily sessions, combining theoretical concepts with practical, hands-on learning
• ▹Deliver engaging training across core cybersecurity topics: networking, Linux, security fundamentals, IAM, endpoint security, SOC/SIEM, incident response, cloud security and ethical hacking
• ▹Create and maintain teaching materials, practical exercises and realistic cybersecurity scenarios
• ▹Guide learners through hands-on labs and support them during the Integrated Cyber Defence Capstone
• ▹Work closely with other trainers and internal teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience
• ▹Continuously update training content to reflect current cybersecurity technologies, threats and industry best practices

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or a related field
• ▹Strong practical knowledge of cybersecurity, with a good understanding of IT, Linux, networking, operating systems and security fundamentals
• ▹Familiarity with areas such as SOC operations, SIEM, threat intelligence, incident response, vulnerability management, cloud security and ethical hacking
• ▹Professional working proficiency in English
• ▹Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to beginners
• ▹Passion for cybersecurity, continuous learning and supporting others

Nice to have

• ▹Previous teaching, training, mentoring or instructional experience (strongly preferred)
