Responsibilities

• ▹Ship features end-to-end, from idea to production
• ▹Help shape the architecture and tech stack
• ▹Co-develop AI-powered features
• ▹Help lay the foundation for a scalable engineering team

Requirements

• ▹Solid full-stack development experience (roughly 3-7+ years)
• ▹Residence in Baden-Württemberg and willingness to be on-site 2 days a week
• ▹Fluent German (C1+)
• ▹Enjoys taking ownership and driving things forward
• ▹Interest in AI tools and modern development practices

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Astro, Lit, Go, Node.js or Hetzner infrastructure

• ▹60,000-80,000 EUR annual salary, depending on experience
