Quora is hiring a New Grad Software Engineer for its ML Platform team, working at the intersection of machine learning, distributed systems, and GPU serving performance, with dedicated mentorship provided.
Responsibilities
- ▹Build and maintain core ML platform infrastructure
- ▹Build distributed systems to serve ML models in production
- ▹Ensure scalability, availability and performance
- ▹Work closely with a mentor and senior/staff engineers
Requirements
- ▹Knowledge of Python, Go, or C++
- ▹Foundational software engineering and systems knowledge
- ▹Interest in machine learning and distributed systems
- ▹New grad / recent graduate profile
Nice to have
- ▹Familiarity with PyTorch, Kubernetes/EKS
- ▹Experience with NVIDIA Triton or Ray
Soft skills
Eagerness to learn and ramp up quicklyCollaboration with senior engineers
