Responsibilities

• ▹Work on customer projects: design, architecture, integration
• ▹Provide consultative support during implementation
• ▹Provide architectural, technical, and migration assistance
• ▹Handle L1-L3 support cases alongside project work
• ▹Partner with Product Management and Sales teams
• ▹Develop documentation, knowledge base, benchmark content
• ▹Assist with hiring and mentoring new team members
• ▹Be available for 24x7 global support on-call needs

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in Professional Services, Support, or Engineering
• ▹5+ years with distributed, fault-tolerant DBMS systems
• ▹Technical depth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS platforms
• ▹Knowledge of Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, network admin
