Customer Engineer

About the Role This is a technical customer-success role on a fast-moving team building an AI voice platform for B2C companies. You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers — ensuring successful adoption of the platform while translating real-world customer needs into meaningful product improvements. What You'll Do Provide technical guidance to customers as they deploy, configure, and optimise the platform. Troubleshoot Postgres-backed data workflows and full-stack code (TypeScript, React, Node, Python) alongside customers. Help customers with prompting and related AI workflows to unlock maximum value from the product. Build strong customer relationships and act as the technical liaison between customers and internal product/engineering teams. Gather, synthesise, and communicate customer feedback to drive product improvements and documentation. What We're Looking For 2+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrable, direct business impact through written code. Hands-on experience with customer-facing or customer-success work in a software product context. Strong familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node, and Python. Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL, including troubleshooting data workflows. Ability to help customers navigate prompting and AI-related workflows. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong computer science fundamentals. Genuine interest in AI/LLM-driven products. Location On-site in Berlin, Germany. Visa sponsorship is available.
