Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the transition of the search engine from Elixir to Go
• ▹Design high-throughput microservice infrastructure
• ▹Own the technical backlog and success metrics
• ▹Resolve technical bottlenecks and guide teams
• ▹Mentor peers in Go best practices

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of software engineering experience, incl. 3+ years in Go
• ▹Knowledge of Ruby or Python to navigate the legacy system
• ▹Deep architectural knowledge of distributed systems, Elasticsearch, Kubernetes, GCP
• ▹Agile mindset, TDD, CI/CD experience
• ▹Fluent English
