Senior II Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide support and mentorship for other SRE engineers
• ▹Deploy and maintain internally used platform and tools
• ▹Speed up error detection and remediation
• ▹Develop automation to reduce daily toil
• ▹Participate in on-call rotations, resolve incidents
• ▹Collaborate with internal teams on escalations

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• ▹Python and/or Go, plus bash scripting
• ▹Understanding of reliability, observability and SLOs
• ▹Configuration management tools (SaltStack, Terraform, Ansible)
• ▹CI/CD solutions (Jenkins)
• ▹Linux administration and container platforms (Docker)
• ▹Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
• ▹Web proxies (nginx/envoy/haproxy), Redis
