Senior Backend Engineer - Content Protection

Responsibilities

• ▹Architect and maintain content protection and rights enforcement infrastructure
• ▹Build high-throughput services monitoring user-generated content
• ▹Analyze data to spot weak signals and missed cases in the pipeline
• ▹Collaborate with ML engineers on advanced detection models

Requirements

• ▹6+ years backend engineering, designing and scaling distributed systems
• ▹Experience building high-throughput services and data pipelines
• ▹Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java and cloud infra (GCP/AWS)
• ▹Strong architectural mindset, full system ownership
• ▹Comfortable with agentic engineering

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with UGC platform APIs (YouTube, TikTok)
• ▹Streaming technologies experience (e.g. Kafka)
• ▹Collaboration with ML teams on data-driven detection tools
