Responsibilities

• ▹Review customer support tickets and translate them into actionable bug reports
• ▹Reproduce customer-reported bugs across different environments and configurations
• ▹Design, write, and maintain test plans and test cases for open source and Enterprise features
• ▹Perform manual and exploratory testing for new features and regression testing each release
• ▹Collaborate with engineers to define acceptance criteria and validate fixes
• ▹Contribute to expanding automated test coverage
• ▹Track and report quality metrics, test coverage, and recurring issue patterns

Requirements

• ▹Software QA experience with a strong foundation in manual and automated testing
• ▹Ability to interpret customer support tickets and systematically reproduce issues, even with incomplete information
• ▹Basic Linux knowledge, comfortable with the command line and process management
• ▹Hands-on experience with Claude Code for everyday engineering and testing work
• ▹Familiarity with infrastructure and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• ▹Comfortable working with APIs, logs, and debugging distributed systems
• ▹Experience writing automated tests (e.g. Java, Python, or TypeScript)
• ▹Strong written English communication
• ▹Self-directed and detail-oriented, able to prioritize independently

Nice to have

• ▹Past QA experience with direct customer ticket handling or support escalations
