Technical Lead, Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Cloud - Remote

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze business and technical requirements with customers and teams
• ▹Design Microsoft Cloud solutions (M365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Entra ID)
• ▹Own technical responsibility in customer projects end-to-end
• ▹Translate complex requirements into technical concepts and work packages
• ▹Coordinate and support internal and external specialists
• ▹Conduct technical reviews and ensure documentation and quality
• ▹Moderate workshops with business units and decision makers
• ▹Support presales with solution designs and risk assessments

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree or vocational training (e.g. STEM field)
• ▹Several years of experience in Microsoft Cloud consulting or architecture
• ▹Strong knowledge of M365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID
• ▹Solid Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• ▹Understanding of Azure services, cloud architectures, identity and integration
• ▹Experience leading or coordinating project teams
• ▹Very good German and good English skills
• ▹Willingness to undergo security clearance (SÜ1/SÜ2)
