Come feel invigorated and unstoppable with us!   The Role As a DevOps Engineer at Bloomerang, you are a multifaceted generalist who has a wide-ranging knowledge of both development and operations. You are able to leverage your skillsets; including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, and DevOps toolchains to further the Engineering team roadmap.   What You Will Do Participate in the on-call rotation to address and resolve incidents and other operational issues. Enhance and optimize deployment strategies for effective workflows.  Maintain and perform necessary system upkeep for infrastructure and associated projects. Ensure the uptime and reliability of the Bloomerang application infrastructure by configuring necessary monitoring and alerting.   What You Need to Succeed 3-5+ years of DevOps Engineering experience Have a clear understanding of the systems that you are responsible for, and industry best practices that relate to those systems.   Mindfulness for the internal developer experience of processes and tooling. Proficiency in CI/CD practices & automation tools, AWS, and Linux or Windows server OS administration. Knowledgeable in Bash, PowerShell, and Python scripting languages. Ability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly integrate AI tools into daily tasks to drive efficiency and support Bloomerang's mission.  Be comfortable with context switching as we have multiple stacks. Have experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, Open Tofu. Experience leveraging AI tools in your daily work. Compensation   The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $130,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws Location This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position (within the U.S. and select Canadian Provinces only).
