Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as a trusted advisor on identity governance, authentication, authorization and access control
• ▹Architect IGA, IAM, CIEM and PAM solutions
• ▹Lead workshops, whiteboard sessions and demos
• ▹Design integration strategies across AWS, GCP and Azure
• ▹Explain protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM and FIDO2 to customers
• ▹Build, test and troubleshoot custom integrations using APIs, SDKs and Terraform
• ▹Track industry trends and share thought leadership internally and with customers

Requirements

• ▹8+ years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering or identity architect roles
• ▹Strong understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks, MFA, Zero Trust
• ▹Practical knowledge of directory services (Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, Google Workspace, on-prem AD)
• ▹Hands-on cloud experience with AWS IAM, GCP IAM and Azure AD
• ▹Comfort with Go, APIs, SDKs, JSON/YAML, scripting and Terraform
• ▹Excellent communication skills for both engineers and business stakeholders
• ▹Willingness to travel for customer meetings and events

Nice to have

• ▹Industry certifications (CCSP, CISSP, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• ▹Ability to sketch an access review flow quickly
• ▹Experience building custom connectors or automations for SaaS apps
• ▹Skill at explaining complex IAM errors simply
