Senior / Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and scale order and execution management infrastructure in Rust
• ▹Design systems balancing low-latency execution, fault tolerance and correctness
• ▹Shape architecture and engineering direction of the trading platform
• ▹Develop audit-ready risk controls and venue-specific trading abstractions
• ▹Translate regulatory requirements (CAT, Reg NMS, MiFID) into platform capabilities

Requirements

• ▹Expertise in event-driven architectures and distributed systems (Kafka, Aeron or similar)
• ▹Expert-level domain-driven data modeling and design

Nice to have

• ▹Production Rust experience
• ▹Knowledge of order lifecycles and capital-markets workflows
• ▹Track record converting regulatory requirements into reliable code
• ▹Experience with high-performance messaging (IPC, multicast, Aeron)
• ▹Knowledge of FIX, ITCH or OUCH protocols
• ▹Experience with options, futures, crypto asset classes
• ▹Familiarity with international markets
