As a Staff Engineer Product Application Engineer (f/m/div) on our Marketing team work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long- lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role * Be part of the Technical Marketing Team as a world market leader in low-voltage Motor Control applications * Provide technical customer support at a global level as second-level contact for Embedded Power products * Enable Go-to-Market by creating collaterals such as application notes, videos, demonstrators, and reference designs * Prepare and execute customer presentations and product/application trainings * Plan and implement application tests in the laboratory * Actively cooperate with FAE, R&D;, and Marketing colleagues at a global level regarding new product introductions and customer support in motor control applications Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed * A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable technical or scientific field * At least 3 years of professional experience in application engineering or development in the semiconductor industry * Experience with automotive applications and motor control / electric drives * Knowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal devices * Experience with ARM® Cortex® microcontrollers * Programming skills in C * Experience with LIN and CAN communication is a plus * Fluent in English; German is a plus #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
