Team Lead Product Security

Responsibilities

• ▹Take a key role in securing connected machine and cloud solutions in the context of increasing regulatory requirements (e.g. the CRA)
• ▹Develop a targeted product security strategy aligned with standards, regulation and company goals
• ▹Make sure security processes are not just in place but actually practised
• ▹Steer and prioritise all security-relevant measures and ensure a clear roadmap with responsibilities
• ▹Identify and assess risks early and implement practical, effective measures
• ▹Work closely with internal and international partners from development, product security, quality and process management
• ▹Lead your team with passion, nurture talent and bring new ideas into its development

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in IT security, computer science or a comparable field
• ▹Several years of experience securing products and industrial systems, ideally combined with practical product development experience and work with embedded or software architectures
• ▹Sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, IEC 62443, CRA)
• ▹Experience in strategic coordination and change management, combined with a hands-on mentality
• ▹Leadership competence
• ▹Communication and conflict-resolution skills and the ability to explain complex matters clearly (at least German C1 and English B2)
