Senior Test Automation Expert

Responsibilities

• ▹Continuously evaluate and optimize test automation solutions
• ▹Shape shared working methods and development directions with the automation testing team
• ▹Own the test automation strategy, standards and best practices
• ▹Professionally lead and mentor the automation testing team
• ▹Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Collaborate with the Test Manager, development teams and product side
• ▹Measure and report on automation effectiveness (KPIs)

Requirements

• ▹At least 8 years of test automation experience with senior-level professional maturity
• ▹Higher education degree in IT and ISTQB CTFL certification
• ▹Strong Java skills (Java/Spring Boot backend) and framework knowledge (Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, JUnit/TestNG)
• ▹Angular and TypeScript knowledge, advanced SQL skills
• ▹Experience with REST API-level and integration testing
• ▹CI/CD experience (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• ▹Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• ▹Mentoring or professional leadership experience
