Responsibilities

• ▹Develop a deep understanding of customer problems and map them to Cohere solutions as the technical relationship owner with stakeholders and partners
• ▹Partner with account executives, partners and executive leadership to demonstrate the value of the technology, building on the success of flagship customers
• ▹Personally lead the design and deployment of customer pilots for strategic enterprise and government customers
• ▹Understand customers' business objectives and translate them into technical solutions
• ▹Act as the voice of the customer and liaison between the customer and the product team
• ▹Provide guidance on best practices for using Cohere and identify areas for improvement within the platform
• ▹Cultivate technical champions within customer organizations to drive adoption
• ▹Lead the technical talk track on customer calls and design enterprise architectures for North deployments
• ▹Deep dives on customer queries and Cohere technology; facilitate customer evaluations and pilots
• ▹Develop and document processes so the solutions architect team and adjacent teams can scale
• ▹Collaborate with Product and Engineering so the offering matches customers' needs
• ▹Work with partners to develop a strategy for enabling and accelerating their customers

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales experience (Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Digital Strategy Consultant or similar)
• ▹A passion for Generative AI and an understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of generative LLMs
• ▹Familiarity with foundational ML concepts (training, evaluation, etc.)
• ▹Excellent communication skills: able to present to CEOs and dive into details with technical audiences
• ▹Thrives in ambiguous and uncharted environments and can implement high-impact processes in unstructured settings
• ▹Comfortable working with Python and assistive coding tools
• ▹Professional fluency in English (business and technical)
• ▹Open to a range of experience levels, from Associate to Staff-level individual contributors; the stated experience is a bare minimum

Nice to have

• ▹2+ years architecting, deploying or consulting on NLP/AI/LLM solutions
• ▹Fluency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian
