Senior Solutions Architect (EU)
Sanity.io is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect (remote in Europe) for the team that ensures enterprise customers are successful and happy using Sanity. You will work closely with technical leaders at customers to align strategic goals with implementation details, facilitate brainstorming between editors, designers, and developers, and help developers make decisions for their unique business needs. You will own your customer relationships and drive both internal and external conversations.
Responsibilities
- ▹Lead onboarding workshops customized to each customer's needs and background
- ▹Proactively develop relationships with technical and product stakeholders at customers
- ▹Meet regularly with technical customers to demonstrate new features, answer questions, and help plan their Sanity implementation
- ▹Work with account managers to develop expansion opportunities at existing customers
- ▹Support the new account sales cycle through technical workshops and proof of concept development
- ▹Create and share examples to help customers understand concepts and implement more quickly
- ▹Develop and maintain guides, learning modules, and plugins for common integrations and implementation patterns
- ▹Represent clients' requests and requirements to the internal product team
- ▹Work with Support Engineering to resolve customer challenges and unblock specific scenarios
- ▹Support marketing and product research teams in connecting with relevant customers and planning events and webinars
Requirements
- ▹Based remotely in Europe
- ▹3-5 years of experience in a software development role
- ▹Advanced experience with at least one of: React, Vue, Angular, Astro
- ▹Familiarity with backend architecture and SaaS platform integrations
- ▹Experience with implementing headless CMS, headless ecommerce, or as a Solution Engineer/Architect at a developer-focused SaaS
- ▹Proven experience developing solutions with customers
Nice to have
- ▹Experience in a B2B customer-facing role, such as consulting or account management
- ▹Having used Sanity in production
