
Technical Account Manager - DACH
Camunda is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for the DACH region to act as a trusted technical advisor to its most strategic enterprise customers. In this remote role you guide clients through every stage of their Camunda adoption journey, from onboarding to ongoing operations, helping them turn their process orchestration vision into measurable business value. Success means building lasting relationships, accelerating customer outcomes, and making complex technology approachable for diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- ▹Serve as the primary technical contact and trusted advisor for designated enterprise customers throughout their Camunda adoption journey
- ▹Guide the creation and execution of tailored technical adoption plans that maximize business outcomes and long-term success
- ▹Deliver hands-on technical guidance, best practices, and advisory services to both business and technical stakeholders
- ▹Identify and remove execution risks through proactive platform and solution health checks and escalation management, advocating for customer needs internally
- ▹Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success Managers, Consulting, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Pre-Sales
- ▹Spend time on-site with accounts for key milestone interactions, up to 50% during busy periods
Nice to have
- ▹Experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration, or robotic process automation
- ▹Relevant industry certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CKAD, CKA, etc.)
- ▹Familiarity with Camunda products
