CEEZER, a Climate Performance Asset management platform, is hiring a Tech Lead to architect scalable systems, navigate complex carbon data architectures, and drive engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
- ▹Scale a B2B procurement platform's architecture
- ▹Drive technical strategy, design and architecture
- ▹Author high-quality code in the TypeScript/Node.js/Next.js stack
- ▹Provide mentorship and lead code reviews
- ▹Establish security and reliability standards
- ▹Partner with product and design teams
Requirements
- ▹5+ years software engineering experience, 2+ years technical leadership
- ▹Deep TypeScript and Node.js expertise
- ▹Experience with React or Next.js for modern interfaces
- ▹RESTful API design and relational data modelling experience (PostgreSQL)
- ▹Strong knowledge of design patterns and security
- ▹Experience with AWS cloud-native infrastructure
Nice to have
- ▹Basic familiarity with Python
Soft skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skillsMentoring ability
