Responsibilities

• ▹Plan project activities, estimates, milestones and dependencies
• ▹Track scope, schedule, budget, risks and delivery progress
• ▹Clarify and document business and technical requirements
• ▹Coordinate the development process, remove delivery blockers
• ▹Keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations
• ▹Support the team, maintain a productive working environment
• ▹Maintain project documentation and reporting
• ▹Support resource planning, assignments and team development
• ▹Apply current development and AI practices to improve project delivery

Requirements

• ▹At least 2 years of practical Project Management experience in software development
• ▹Hands-on experience delivering projects in a complex technical domain
• ▹Understanding of modern software development and AI practices
• ▹Solid knowledge of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting and delivery control
• ▹Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with engineers and customers
• ▹Strong organisation, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
• ▹Human-oriented approach to team and people management
• ▹Customer-oriented mindset focused on business goals and delivery outcomes
• ▹Clear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Experience working in a multinational environment
• ▹Upper-Intermediate or higher English level

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Java or cloud-based projects
