DevOps Engineer (AWS) – Part-Time, Spanish Speaking

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and evolve infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and Terragrunt for scalable, reproducible Prod/QA/Dev environments
• ▹Build CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, orchestrating blue/green deployments on AWS ECS Fargate
• ▹Design a cross-region disaster recovery plan (DRP) and implement advanced observability with CloudWatch and X-Ray
• ▹Model component architecture and estimate costs/licensing with a 5-year outlook

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of proven experience in Senior DevOps, SysOps, or Cloud Architecture roles
• ▹Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• ▹Expertise in the AWS ecosystem (ECS Fargate, Aurora, CloudWatch, X-Ray), AWS CLI, and Docker
• ▹Hands-on experience with Terraform, Terragrunt, and building GitHub Actions pipelines
• ▹Experience designing cross-region architectures, DRP, and blue/green deployments
• ▹Understanding of infrastructure and communication requirements in the financial/banking sector
