Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for real-world applications
• ▹Build and optimize LLM-powered workflows using tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models
• ▹Develop AI automation systems, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent assistants
• ▹Integrate AI solutions into existing platforms, APIs, and SaaS products
• ▹Fine-tune prompts and improve AI model performance through testing and iteration
• ▹Work with structured and unstructured datasets for training and inference tasks
• ▹Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• ▹Monitor AI system performance, reliability, and accuracy

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or software development
• ▹Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or Hugging Face
• ▹Experience working with APIs, cloud platforms, and AI model integrations
• ▹Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
• ▹Understanding of backend development and scalable architecture
• ▹Experience with SQL, data pipelines, and model evaluation techniques

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working remotely with international teams
• ▹Experience building AI SaaS products or automation tools
• ▹Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• ▹Familiarity with conversational AI, NLP, or computer vision applications
• ▹Experience integrating CRMs, support systems, or workflow automation platforms
• ▹Portfolio or GitHub projects demonstrating AI solutions
