Associate Director, Agentic AI PoC Lead (2 Openings)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead delivery of high-impact agentic AI PoCs from ideation to technical validation
• ▹Partner with business stakeholders to identify measurable AI value opportunities
• ▹Design and implement prototypes using LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, RAG, orchestration platforms
• ▹Transition successful PoCs into production roadmaps with architecture and engineering teams
• ▹Establish repeatable methodologies, evaluation criteria and technical documentation
• ▹Assess emerging AI technologies and recommend enterprise roadmap additions
• ▹Mentor AI engineers and foster a culture of experimentation

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, AI, engineering or data science
• ▹5+ years building AI, machine learning or software engineering solutions
• ▹Experience with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, Python, APIs, cloud platforms
• ▹Strong prototyping skills
