Senior AI Engineer - Remote

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build an autonomous, multi-step agentic workflow engine for tax processes (documents, deadlines, client communication)
• ▹Document intelligence: extraction, classification and analysis of tax-relevant documents (P&L statements, receipts, tax platform exports)
• ▹RAG, context and prompt engineering
• ▹Tax platform API integration with semantic processing of financial data
• ▹Build real-time financial analysis features (P&L analysis, liquidity planning, KPI dashboards)

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of TypeScript experience
• ▹Proven production-level experience with LLM integration
• ▹In-depth understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and context engineering
• ▹Experience with AI and agentic frameworks (AI SDK or similar)
• ▹Strong backend skills: database design, micro-service architectures, infrastructure
• ▹Comfortable working in early-stage product environments

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with tax or accounting context (chart of accounts, P&L structure)
• ▹Experience with document parsing (PDFs, OCR, table extraction)
• ▹Experience in model training
